The company offering the promotion consisting of obtaining a financial benefit of three hundred euros (€300), under the terms and conditions set out below (the “Promotion”), is:
ARGIS TETUAN, S.L., with registered office at Paseo de la Castellana 93, 11th floor, West Module, Madrid (28046), holder of Tax ID (N.I.F.) B-88390331, and registered with the Madrid Companies Registry, Volume 39,290, Page 10, Sheet M-679799 (“ARGIS TETUAN”).
This Promotion offered by ARGIS TETUAN aims to grant individuals who have reserved and signed a STUDENT RESIDENCE ACCOMMODATION CONTRACT or a SEASONAL ROOM RENTAL CONTRACT, and who fully comply with all requirements set out herein, a total financial benefit of three hundred euros (€300).
The financial benefit will consist of a monthly discount of fifty euros (€50) applied to the monthly fee of the stay during the first six (6) months.
The Promotion shall only apply to stays contracted in the seven buildings or residences owned by ARGIS TETUAN located in Madrid at:
c/ Aligustre 8, c/ Sierra Bullones 6, c/ Sierra Bullones 2, c/ Miosotis 48, c/ del Arroyo 14, and c/ Bardala 20, named Aligustre, Bullones, Sierra, Miosotis, Arroyo and Guindos, respectively.
The Promotion will be in force from 1st May to 31th August 2026 (both inclusive) and will only be valid for stays booked within this period, provided that the check-in date occurs during May, June, July and August 2026.
Persons who book or start their stay outside the validity period cannot benefit from the Promotion.
This Promotion is subject to room availability in the Aligustre, Bullones, Sierra, Miosotis, Arroyo and Guindos buildings owned by ARGIS TETUAN.
Individuals wishing to benefit from the Promotion (the “Beneficiaries”) must cumulatively meet each and every one of the following requirements:
1. Only individuals of legal age may benefit. Legal entities are excluded.
2. Participants must have signed the corresponding contract within the eligible dates.
3. The Promotion applies exclusively to “room” contracts.
4. Beneficiaries must maintain tenant/guest status for at least six consecutive months.
5. Beneficiaries must comply with all contractual obligations and remain up to date with payments.
6. Beneficiaries may not combine this Promotion with others unless expressly permitted.
7. Only individuals who have not previously signed a contract with ARGIS TETUAN may join.
8. The Promotion does not exempt payment of the required deposit or guarantee.
Failure to comply with any requirement will automatically void the Promotion. Beneficiaries must:
• Pay the difference between the promotional and standard accommodation price.
• ARGIS TETUAN may retain the deposit to cover pending amounts and take additional recovery actions if needed.

ARGIS TETUAN will act as data controller. Data will be used exclusively to manage the Promotion and the contractual relationship. Additional personal data may be requested if needed. Beneficiaries guarantee the accuracy of the provided data.
By accepting these terms, Beneficiaries consent to data processing for participation in the Promotion.
Participating requires data processing; refusal will prevent participation or result in exclusion.

Complaints may be submitted to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
ARGIS TETUAN may modify the Promotion conditions at any time, including extending the term or adding new benefits
ARGIS TETUAN is not responsible for delays or consequences caused by third parties. If the Promotion cannot proceed due to technical issues, fraud or unforeseen circumstances, it may be modified, suspended or cancelled.

The Promotion shall be governed by Spanish law. Courts of Madrid shall have jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other venue.
