Purpose of the treatment: What will we use your data for?
All data provided by our customers and/or visitors to the FLIPCO ESPAÑA SL website or its staff, will be included in files, automated or not, created and maintained under the responsibility of the same, essential to provide the services requested by users, communication with them, advertising mailings or to resolve doubts or questions raised by our visitors.

ARGIS TETUÁN SL is responsible for the processing of the personal data of the Interested Party and informs you that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (RGPD), Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD) and Organic Law 1/1982 on civil protection, right to honor, personal and family privacy and self-image, for which the following treatment information is provided:
End of treatment: Video recording and image capture in order to promote the FLIPCO brand on social networks, the website and similar platforms.
Legitimation of the treatment: Art. 6.1 a) RGPD consent of the interested party.
