That’s the flexibility we offer at Flipco: accommodation that adapts to different moments in your life. At Flipco, we have two different concepts of flexible spaces: Urban Flex and Flex Space. All spaces include your accommodation costs, as well as services and incredible common areas.

• Urban Flex: your private apartment in the centre of Madrid. Central areas with the freedom to come for a few days or stay for months. Like a hotel, but with the best of your own flat.
• Flex Space: private flats in places away from big cities centre, but without sacrificing a great location. A format where you won’t have to give up comfort and where you’ll enjoy the careful design and common areas that will enhance your daily life. All in one. No complications.

Flex living is based on a clear principle: your accomodation should complement your current situation, not dictate it or force you to make long-term decisions when you are still exploring the next step.
