In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 of April 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to processing of personal data, which repeals directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter, RGPD), of Law 34/2002, of July 11th, on services of the information society and electronic commerce (hereinafter, LSSI-CE) and Organic Law 3/2018, on the Protection of Personal data and guarantee of digital rights, FLIPCO ESPAÑA SL guarantees the protection and confidentiality of personal data, of any kind provided to us our clients, in accordance with the provisions of the General Regulations for the Protection of Personal data.

The Data Protection Policy of FLIPCO ESPAÑA SL rests on the principle of proactive responsibility, according to which the data controller is responsible for the compliance with the regulatory and jurisprudential framework, being able to demonstrate it before the corresponding control authorities.

The data provided will be treated in the terms established in the RGPD; in this way, FLIPCO ESPAÑA SL has adopted the levels of protection that are legally required, and has installed all technical measures at its disposal to prevent loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access by third parties, set out below. Purpose of the treatment: What will we use your data for?

All data provided by our customers and/or visitors to the FLIPCO ESPAÑA SL website or its staff, will be included in files, automated or not, created and maintained under the responsibility of the same, essential to provide the services requested by users, communication with them, advertising mailings or to resolve doubts or questions raised by our visitors.

ARGIS TETUÁN SL is responsible for the processing of the personal data of the Interested Party and informs you that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (RGPD), Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD) and Organic Law 1/1982 on civil protection, right to honor, personal and family privacy and self-image, for which the following treatment information is provided:

End of treatment: Video recording and image capture in order to promote the FLIPCO brand on social networks, the website and similar platforms.

Legitimation of the treatment: Art. 6.1 a) RGPD consent of the interested party.

Data retention criteria: They will be kept for no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the treatment and when it is no longer necessary for this purpose, they will be deleted with adequate security measures to guarantee their total destruction.
